Ryanne Rosier, PhD
As a therapist, I enjoy supporting those who find themselves struggling to manage anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, and stress. I’m also experienced in supporting my clients through difficulties in their relationships, struggles with self-advocacy and with self-esteem. I’m specially trained in providing therapy and assessment services via American Sign Language, and also experienced in working with members of the BIPOC and LGBTQ+ communities.
I work collaboratively with my clients to determine goals and plans for treatment, using a trauma-informed approach, but I also incorporate mindfulness, behavioral and play techniques. Balance is ultimately my focus. My goal is to support you in achieving a sense of balance that fits your unique needs. My office is a space where the whole of you is welcome, in its fullness.
We will work together on your journey to relieve distress and achieve a better quality of life.
