Finding a counselor or therapist can be wildly intimidating and making that first step to find help can be pretty overwhelming. Just as each individual is unique, I see treatment as unique as well, meaning no single therapy approach can claim to be the solution to every individual that walks through my door. I have worked hard throughout my career to seek out and incorporate a variety of modalities in order to best help my clients. For as unique as you are, together we can make sense of your concerns, work towards your goals, and the quality of life you want and deserve.
I have experience working with individuals across ranges of age, race, gender, socioeconomic status, and reasons for treatment. Primary focuses of my treatment include: Child and Family Therapy, Play Therapy, Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and more insight-based and relational therapy such as through an Intersubjective approach.
