Cindy Siegel, LCSW-C
I believe that therapy can help you to achieve the best version of yourself. It can
help to address complex issues that are impacting your life and can help you
develop skills to utilize for years to come. My approach is to first listen, so I can
understand where a client is and start from there. Next, I strategize with the
client to find the best ways to help. Finally, I help the client make any
adjustments necessary to help them be successful and to empower them to
achieve their therapeutic goals. I have extensive experience working with women
and couples that primarily centers around issues including anxiety, depression,
grief, post-partum depression, premature births, and fetal loss. I also have over
15 years of experience working in an inpatient hospital setting on the
mother/baby units.
