Ann Nost, LCSW
I have dedicated my career to providing support to individuals and families who are facing infertility, high-risk pregnancies, NICU admission, perinatal mood and anxiety disorders, and pregnancy loss. I have seven years of bedside experience as a social worker in the NICU, antepartum, L&D, mother-baby, and high-risk units, and I understand the often, unspoken complexities associated with becoming a parent. Additionally, I have ten years of experience in working with grief across the lifespan, and I have specialized experience in working with individuals who have faced pregnancy and infant loss.
My goal as your therapist is to provide you with a peaceful and compassionate space to navigate your healing journey. Using an integrative model, I focus on client goals for treatment using a collaborative approach. I utilize modalities from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Strengths Based Therapy, Mindfulness, and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing).
