Psychotherapy
At Integrative Therapy of Greater Washington, our clinicians work with all people from infancy through older adulthood. We can work with individuals, groups, families and couples. Common concerns that we often see include: anxiety, anger management, body image, depression, feeding and elimination issues, fertility related issues, failure to launch, identity issues, menopause, parenting concerns, postpartum issues and adjustment, pregnancy loss, quarter-life crisis, relationship issues, regulation concerns, self-esteem, sexual issues, child sleep issues, stress management, transitions, and trauma.
Our clinicians are trained in a variety of modalities, including psychodynamic treatment, cognitive-behavioral therapy, eye-movement desensitization and reprocessing, and child-centered play therapy. People are individuals, so there is not one treatment that suits all. We recognize the uniqueness of each person and tailor therapy appropriately based upon their needs.
