Dahlia Topolosky, PsyD
My goal in therapy is to provide a warm and nonjudgemental space where adolescents, young adults, and adults can discover their unique strengths and find meaning in their lives. I integrate various techniques including person-centered therapy, acceptance commitment therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and mindfulness techniques to address issues such as anxiety, depression, life transitions, self-esteem, grief, reproductive challenges, and trauma. I am also trained in EMDR, a technique that helps people process stress, anxiety, and trauma.
As a trained clinical and school psychologist, I provide assessments to help determine if there are learning, attentional, and psychological disorders and figure out the best way for optimal learning and functioning.
